antoj: (stahl)
so a few weeks ago i replayed killzone 3 because [livejournal.com profile] thekayla said i should when i asked all of twitter what game i should replay. because idk how to play new games

and then well.

wwwwwwwwwweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeellllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll

yes ok.

it's funny to me because i played killzone 2 and 3 like over a year ago (killzone 3 came out last february, lol) and i was like "Well that was cool!!! I wonder what happens next!! OH WELL I GUESS WE'LL FIND OUT" and then moved on.

and then i replayed it and now im like HOLEEE SHIT DIS GAEM.

btw my favorite character is still stahl because he's the coolest guy. he hates everyone equally and its awesome.

and then i bought 1 million killzone things. well, killzone 3 things because the other games dont have stahl llollloolollololoololol /hilarious BUT SRSLY LIKE

idk why people don't like this game. other than the fact that its inevitable that i like everything that is unpopular. also maybe my heart needed room for another ps3 exclusive shooter to fangirl since sony is going to crap on Resistance's memory. :'c :'c :'c :'c :'c :'c foreverbutthurt

dis.

dese.

the book is apparently a novelization of Killzone 3. SOME JERK WHO WILL REMAIN NAMELESS!!!!!!!!!!! (!!!!!!!!!!!!) is reading it rn and keeps telling me its rly cool so obvs i needed it.

and then the collector guide because it has ARTWORK IN IT. i leik artwork.

and then the tiny book is the artbook that was packed into the killzone 3 CE. I didn't buy the entire CE because its seriously the size of 40 planets and I DO NOT HAVE ROOM FOR THAT. but i definitely have room for 3 copies of the infamous 2 CE w/e w/e priorities/etc but i like artwork so i bought the book.

My only regrets is there isn't enough stahl in these things :'c
there's this one though

I USED MY CELL PHONE TO TAKE A PICTURE OF IT BECAUSE MY REAL CAMERA ATE ALL ITS BATTERIES FOR LUNCH AND IDEC ANYMORE. also i have 1 million things stacked on my scanner ok two things and im TOO LAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i know all your day is ruined bcuz of this low quality camera picture but OH. WELL.

but yes anyway its magical and im excited. NOW I JUST HAVE TO SHIFT ALL THE THINGS AROUND MY ROOM TO FIT THESE BOOKS SOMEWHERE :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

also you know what bugs me.

when you lay the killzone 3 guide down on its back the title on the spine is upside down. Y U DO THIS TO ME, BOOK PUBLISHER!? /flips desk

k the end

"My only regrets is there isn't enough stahl in these things :'c"

That is how it is with all the Fifth Element books I have picked-up, very little Zorg! I guess that is what we get for liking bad guys?! XD

Honestly, I want to play Killzone 3 just to know more about Stahl. I'm sure I said this before, but he looks like an intriguing fellow...:3

LOL I know right? It's really sad. :'c Though I should be used to this because I always end up liking unpopular side characters.... though granted Stahl is pretty much the main antagonist of Killzone 3... BUUUUUT details~~ He has a pretty sizable role in the game too...so I'm a bit surprised. :'c

ACTUALLY!!!!! you could probably get the entire jist of the game without playing it...lol. I mean I haven't read it yet but the Killzone Ascendancy book is Killzone 3 in written form, essentially... and then there is always the cutscenes from the game on youtube. lol. there is an hour and a half worth of cutscenes for killzone 3... i just cannot even lol SO WITH THOSE THINGS.....yes.

I guess even the unpopular characters need fans?! Then again, it is not normal to cheer for the bad guy. Maybe, that is the reasoning behind the lack o' merchandise?! I wouldn't say that Zorg's role was sizable, but he still helped to make the movie awesome...XD

That is right, your entry did mention a book!! I might just have to hop on over to Amazon and see what I can find. Gee, I don't know if I can afford it:

http://www.amazon.com/Killzone-Ascendancy-Andrew-Holmes/dp/0241954312/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1339876434&sr=8-1&keywords=killzone+ascendancy

The actual .36 cost and then $3.99 for shipping will leave me so broke, LOL!! XD

LOL YEA. I think so. Well, I always like the unpopular ones... and unpopular series in general. :| I'm not sure if I would specifically cheer for Stahl because he is KIND OF CRAZY but he's amusing because he's so crazy and it makes me enjoy him greatly.

LOL THAT IS THE SAME PLACE I GOT MY COPY OF THE BOOK. definitely worth it, i think. mine came in fantastic condition too.

also i realized something when i was at work today. If I remember right, doesn't Zorg work on developing weapons and stuff? ......because that's pretty much exactly what Stahl does. LOL. He owns a weapons company...and they develop new weapons and stuff there. I FOUND IT AMUSING ANYWAY.

So do I obviously, LOL!! With Pokemon, at first I liked N. Then everyone and their brother decided they liked N too and I no longer liked him as much. Maybe, I just don't like to share?!

Crazy characters are the best, that is why!! They have the most personality...;)

Amazon always seems to have fantastic prices. I usually shop around for something I want and int he end, Amazon has the best price. Right now, I am trying a trail run of Amazon Prime. I love how fast the shipping is, though I can't justify paying a yearly fee. Maybe, if I ordered from there more often?!

Yep, Zorg made the ZF-1 and is considered to be an arms dealer. The ZF-1 is the fancy smart gun he shows off to the Mangalores. I am sure his company has made other weapons too?!

There is the "give me the cash guy" who tries to mug Korben Dallas as he leaves his apartment. The gun he is holding is called a Z-140, so I am guessing that Zorg developed that gun too?! Here is a fun fact, Zorg also owns the taxi service that Korben Dallas works for.

Maybe, we just like guys with really big guns?! XD

LOL. I am usually drawn to the unpopular characters right away. It's very rarely I favor ones who are popular. I mean, I can still like them well enough but they're usually not my favorite. ITS JUST HOW IT HAPPENS. LOL.

I did the trial for amazon prime too. But I don't want to pay for it either. c.c Especially for some of their games, they don't even have release date delivery WHICH IS A BIG DEAL TO ME OK. i need it asap. esp if I can pay the same price and go pick it up myself the same day. :| idk.

LOL! YEA. Stahl's company makes....so much stuff. I actually found our recently the logo for Stahl Arms and then realized I'd seen it on so many things in the game. LOL. HE MADE EVERYTHING. ...including this giant robot thing (http://www.dutchgameawards.nl/2011/wp-content/uploads/2011/06/killzone3_02.png). the symbol is actually the little triangle thing (like on the legs of the robot there). its on his jacket too. IDK HOW I DIDN'T PUT IT TOGETHER SOONER LMAO.

and of course guns like this one. (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v118/AntoJLareneg/calzone/vlcsnap-2012-06-10-15h46m09s106.png) (its actually one of the best guns in the game too lolol) also i found out that weapons you pick up in the game that start with "Sta" are made by Stahl Arms too. LOL. There's quite a few... another thing i never put together until after i read it.

LMAO YES GUNS. and i think the crazy helps too.

In the case of Jean-Baptiste Emanuel Zorg I made fun of him at first. That is how I truly know that I am drawn in a character, LOL!! Like you, it is rare when I favor the popular characters.

I am not as avid a gamer as you are, but I understand how important it is to get a game on the actual release day. My only problem is transportation...:\

I'm like that with The Fifth Element. I keep seeing more and more new things every time I re-watch it. It is amazing what you miss the first time around!! XD

The space cruisers that the Mangalores are in when they shoot down the big metal turkeys, belong to Zorg too. Later, he is seen in the same type of space cruiser when Zorg tires to recover the stones from Fhlosten Paradise.

That is a pretty bad ass looking gun...:3

Hum, I don't know if Zorg is crazy?! Well, then again look at the the man dresses. One has to be mad in order to go out in public dressed like that...xXD

That is even more funny when that happens! It was kind of the opposite for me...ever since I saw the first story trailer for Killzone 3 and the bits of Stahl in it I was already thinking he seemed like the coolest guy. It usually takes me a few times of playing/watching something before i find a super favorite character...but nope with stahl. i liked him before the game came out. LOL.

IT IS! Especially when I have a couple of friends that play similar titles. It's fun to play them at the same time and then discuss ~*~the magic~*~. Plus, depending on the game it is I would go crazy waiting on the mail for it to arrive (like an inFamous title, for example. LOL)

Isn't it fun when you do that? *__*; I actually re-watched a couple of the cutscenes again and I noticed the logo on more things...xD so many of the things...

oh yes! i remember that. i guess it would make sense for someone like him to have a space cruiser. :b of course stahl has one too...... with his logo all over it, of course.

IT IS THE BEST GUN TOO....it explodes people. lol.

But EVERYONE in that movie has an odd sense of dress...:b so it is not that weird!? I mean... in context. LOL. At least Zorg has a nice color scheme going on. |D I rather like the greens.

There was this fellow I went to high school with. When I first saw him, I made fun of him. Though, I kept my thoughts and opinions to myself. It turned out that I had the biggest crush on him...XD

One character that I thought was cool right off the bat was, Seto Kaiba. Of course, I had no idea what kind of a fan falling he had?! That was before I frequented the net daily...:P

I would probably be more into gaming if I had friends to play with me. I try to get Rodney to play, but video games are not his thing. A new inFamous title to you, is like a Zorg model kit to me...:3

Korben Dallas has the silhouette of a cat on his interior door mat. I watched the movie several times before I noticed that! It makes me wonder what else I have missed!

Zorg's logo isn't on his cruisers, but the ship is refereed to as a ZFX. Also, the concept sketches of Korben's taxi have a sign on the top that reads, "Zorg Inc." On the taxi driver permit that Korben has, it says:

LICENSE No ZORG-BA-577346-G-A BUNCH OF NUMBERS I CAN'T READ
ISSUED TO ZORG'S CAB COMPANY

The print was to small for me to figure out the rest of the numbers there, LOL!!

Guns that explode people are the bestest!! Does it have a little red button ont he bottom of the gun?! XD

Everyone's costumes were designed by a French fellow, Jean-Paul Gaultier. I like the greens too, especially the shirt for it changes color sin the light. I was shocked when I found a fabric that was pretty much an exact match!

Yea I usually end up playing games by myself, tbh. Most of my favorite games are single player ones anyway! LOL. But it's nice to have friends playing the same things....I guess? at least so we can talk about them. SO ITS DIFFERENT BUT...SORT OF THE SAME? I dunno. hahaha. it's pretty cool though because we can suggest titles to each other and then...yep. playing some online titles together is fun too *_* sad killzone 3 doesnt have online co-op though :(

LOL really? That's kind of neat when you notice things... I am sure it is one of those things you could continually notice new items... I mean, I usually do whenever I play something again, even if I've played it a million times before. :D Its fun.

Oh wow! That's kind of neat. :D So I guess he does own a lot more in the city than I originally thought he did... I should probably watch it again. |D

NO RED BUTTON... but i think the devastating power of the gun makes up for it?! LOL.

they were definitely interesting designs... |D But I really do think I liked Zorg's costume as one of my favorites. Somehow it's the least strange? Or maybe I just like the colors. :D

Maybe, it is best that I play video game by myself? I have a horrible competitive nature. That is thing that keeps me coming back to the Wii Fit, I keep trying to beat my old scores...XD

I'm sure my f-list is going to be busy with chatter about Pokemon Black 2 & White 2. That reminds me, Pokemon Conquest is now out. I almost bought it last Wednesday. Though, in order to do so I would of had to get into my travel savings. So, I behaved...:3

Now, I am wanting to watch The Fifth Element again. I want to see what else I have missed...:P

Zorg is supposedly, "new money." The movie doesn't really come out and tell you what he owns, instead it gives you little hints through out. Heck, they don't really give you much info on Zorg actually. That is another reason why I like the man, he is a mystery!

I just find the red button amusing for whatever reason?! xXD

Despite Zorg's costume being futuristic, you still got a sense that he was a business man, the kind you don't want to mess with. One cool thing about the, "Story Of The Fifth Element" book I have is, you can see all kinds of costume concept sketches. I just wish they had more of Zorg...

I get like this depending on the game, but for the most part I just play around and do dumb things in them. LOL.

Do you know what kind of gameplay pokemon conquest has? Is it the same as the main games or is it different? I haven't looked into it much myself. ._. I've grown kind of tired of the same old pokemon formula... I never even picked up any of the gen V games.

HAHA... this is true. Having some parts be a mystery lets you come up with fun things yourself. :b I know how that is... it's still interesting to get clues in the source material though.

THAT'S BECAUSE IT IS AMUSING. i liked that part a lot ok. that gun is awesome. :b

It's sad the art books and stuff tend to ignore the less prominent characters... I suppose it makes sense but those are always the ones I end up liking! lol.

My step-brother and I use to play around and do dumb things with the Mario Kart games. Fun times...XD

I'm not sure, but I bought a copy today. Once I start playing, I will let you know. The same old formulas does get old...;_;

I help ship things for a Canadian member from the [livejournal.com profile] pkmncollectors community. They also own a Pokemon themed website, where they run contests and I ship the prizes too. I don't expect anything in return, but they always pay me well for my time regardless. I shipped some things for them last week, so I was able to get a copy of Pokemon Conquest after all. I also had $9.00 left on a gift card for Gamestop...:3

Though, I like the mystery aspect, there are still some things I would like to know about Zorg. Like why does he limp and make a metal clink sound when he walks? How did he get the scar by his eye?!

It sucks when they play The Fifth Element on SyFy, for they cut up the scene where Zorg shows off the ZF-1. It is one of the best scenes in the whole darn movie!! Doesn't SyFy know that?!

Don't they realize that those characters add so much to a movie, show, video game, etc.?!

Oooh! That's kind of cool. *_* So you earned the copy of the game!? I hope it's fun though. It seems like an interesting concept, which is why I was curious if it follows the same formula or not...

YES! Those are some interesting things... but I am sure you have speculated your own reasons for these things by now...? :b

What really? That's kind of dumb ok. I was seriously amused by that scene too. Why would they do that :(

THEY DO. i guess its something that we know, at least...

Yeah, I guess you could say that?! Pokemon Conquest is much different then regular Pokemon. Your partner mainly has one attack move they can do. You also have so many moves to defeat your opponents or you lose! Now, if you defeat your enemies within 4 moves, they are likely to join you. I'm to the point now where I can have more then one partner, so I linked with a Meowth last night. Pretty much the game keeps me thinking, which I like! Though, I seem a bit addicted...XD

Of course, coming up with my own explanations is fun! If you go by that one dream I had of Zorg (I know I mentioned it to you once awhile back), my fursona bit his leg. She has poison in her fangs. So, I came-up with the conclusion that they had to amputate Zorg's leg, to save him. He now has an artificial mechanical leg and Foxy feels like poo for what she did. Yes, I have weird dreams! When I wake-up the following day, sometimes I dwell on them and add to the "story." That is just one dream I will never forget...:3

SyFy channel sucks, that is why! I know they cut the movie up for time, but why that scene?! They also did a weird cut job when Cornelius is in Zorg's office and he is choking on the cherry...:\

Nothing wrong with being addicted!! At least this means it is fun!? I'll have to look into it... it sounds interesting. It's still for DS, isn't it? I don't have a 3DS. :b

Oooh. That's kind of interesting way to look at it. Also what an interesting dream. I wish I could have dreams like that. I hardly remember any that I do have...

they obviously like stealing everyone's enjoyment by cutting up the best parts... :b
[identity profile] pheonixxfoxx.livejournal.com wrote:

Yes, Pokemon Conquest is for the DS. I think I recruited to many soldiers way to quickly. Oh well, I can always play the game again...;)

My Zorg dreams are usually pretty interesting, LOL!! Heck, all my dreams are very unique/different. In most, I am my fursona. I just don't really share what I dream, for fear of what people would think. Heck, my artwork alone got my stuck in a psyche ward for an extended period of time. The drawing in question was of my pet rat Meriadoc in my hand...O_o

It is also funny how SyFy blurs nude body parts. They won't even let a pair of butt cheeks on the screen...:P
