I ACTUALLY FINISHED THEM ON MONDAY. It was a lot of fun, though that last part of episode 2 made me want to light all the things on fire. though ngl, ramming down hunters with my car was oddly satisfying. i also posted my reaction to it on twitter shortly after finishing it: im p sure everyone felt this way after finishing it (http://twitter.com/#!/ajlareneg/status/70294540828950528) I had a lot of fun with it though. IDK WHY I DIDN'T PLAY IT SOONER. I feel so late to the game. lolpun

I did run into a few glitches though, and oh my god the loading times are horrendous. .__. It might just be the ps3 version since I heard it was a "bad" port (but other than the sound being crackly, and an occasional lag (reaaaaally bad lag during water hazard. :'D HOW TO PILOT BOAT DURING LAGFEST IDEK)) it wasn't bad... unless loading times was a result of it. :| Portal had ridiculous loading too. but i also love love loved the quicksave feature. ALL CONSOLE GAMES SHOULD HAVE IT TOO. i find myself trying to hold pause to quicksave in LA Noire now because it had been such a habit lol

also playing with my headphones was both amazing and terrifying. they have like surround sound SO SOMETIMES I'D HEAR ZOMBIE NOISES NEXT TO ME AND BE LIKE kldlajkdjs. but it also helped me not be surprised by that one toxic zombie that is hiding behind that one doorway that you probably wouldnt have expected.

though now i can board the DISAPPOINT IN VALVE EXPRESS bcuz there is no third one yet....but i suppose i am less disappoint than everyone that has waited 30948098 years by now. olololo.

also i feel like i should play portal 2 now but i need to save money so dilemma ALSO I'D HAVE NO ONE TO PLAY CO-OP WITH SO..... :'D

ALSO LA NOIRE IS A LITTLE HARDER THAN I THOUGHT. THE GAME FREAKING TRICKS YOU. IT PLAYS A JINGLE AND THEN THE SUSPECT TELLS YOU SHIT AND YOU'RE LIKE "YEA. YEA I DID A GOOD DIDN'T I!? MMHMM" and then when you're walking away from the conversation the game is like BTW YOU GOT LIKE 1/4th OF THAT INTERROGATION RIGHT. and its like RARGH but the game is so beautiful and Cole is named Cole which makes me giggle like a fangirl BUT THEN HE IS ALSO AN ACTOR FROM MAD MEN WHICH IS A SHOW I REALLY LIKE so its amusing me a lot.

That sucks its not got a PC port though. D: I hope they will, eventually. ;-; AND I WISH YOU COULD GET A CONSOLE TOO. THEY ARE LOTS OF FUN. T_T

After I finished playing I read a bunch of stuff on the Half-Life wiki thing, so I think I'm more ~*~in tune~*~ with what's going on now.

and i hope i get me that press kit. i need it or i might die or something drastic. true story.
