I was in the middle of playing moar inFAMOUS when I came to the photographer side mission. Basically he asks you to do some of your sparkledesu powers on things (blow up cars, heal pedestrians, punch things in the face, etc) and takes your pictures...and then like any other side mission the area gets cleared of enemies afterwards.
