yes he is the bad guy. :D Of course... well, there is some debate on whether or not the helghast are really the bad guys in the series... but either way you are fighting against his army. :b He actually voices the president character in Fallout 3 as well...that's another reason I'm kind of surprised I didn't catch his voice in Killzone 3...

ah yea, I heard about the sequel...I know it has some fans. There is a theme for it available on playfire anyway. :D I don't know much about the series in general though.
