I JUST LOOK IT UP and you can get into that place without Veronica and also without making the people there hostile. You just have to do something else first. Otherwise it has a 100 lock on it and then you have to fight a bunch of end-game dudes who will like rape you for breakfast and that is not cool. I GUESS HAVING HER SAVES YOU SOME TROUBLE, plus you get a bunch of extra dialog too. I DON'T BLAME YOU ABOUT RAUL THOUGH, THAT IS LIKE jghkdskjh but I think you need to go to where he's at anyway if you want to get Lily, THOUGH I'M NOT 100% SURE cuz I don't have her.

Yeah basically with Cass you have to do an ass-load of backtracking and pass some speech checks. You can get the quest from Crimson Caravan instead of her, I think, and either way you have to do two or three crimson caravan quests ahead of that to even unlock the dialog for it. :I And the whole time she's like I SUCKKKK AND SO DO YOUUUUU AND OMFG I AM SO DRUNK

LMAO Boone is just being coy obviously. He doesn't want to let on how much he likes you~~~ ;D I think most of his dialog for his quest is triggered from fucking with the legion, OR THAT'S WHAT I READ ANYWAY. Which is kind of expected I mean, HE HATES THEM LOL.
