Ffff idk man yours sounds pretty bad too. :/ Coffee will def cause heartburn/nausea/rape and.. yeah cheese can affect you if you have an intolerance for it or just.. idk sometimes cheese is nauseating in general cuz it's so ridiculously rich, but that might just be how it is with me. IT STILL SUCKS THOUGH. :C I recommend eating something light along with some water, like uhh.. crackers or bread or rice cakes if you have them. Def helps.
