WHAT DID THEY DO TO COLE!?

no seriously that looks nothing like Cole. GFDI suckerpunch. They always seemed to have this problem with Cole though. I mean if you look up images of him, other than the official 3d stuff (cuz lol game model) all the artwork of him looks different. It's really frustrating and seems kind of unprofessional in a way? I guess? Because why can't they keep a character (MUCH LESS THE MAIN CHARACTER) looking the same? I MEAN.

Also new powers (coooooool, I wanna see dis) and apparently he's been moved to a new city. WHICH I GUESS IS UNDERSTANDABLE I MEAN OTHERWISE HAVING HIM ROAM THE SAME ENVIORMENT MIGHT BE DUMB but of course, my first thought was BAWWW DOES THIS MEAN NO ZEKE cuz obviously lol. i mean it might not be but....BUT.... I just think they will kick him out of the game because no one but me and cass seemed to like the dude. :[ they'd probably change how he looked anyways.

god. i guess at least they didn't make him overly buff or something, i probs would have been more anger at that. BUT THIS IS STILL TERRIBLE OK.

Yeah, I know what you mean about redesigning. I find it to be a really sticky issue when such a dramatic redesign happens to a character. On one hand it's kind of disheartening when the redesign is so dramatic, but on the other hand Cole is not our character to tamper with/keep. Since he belongs to Sony and Sucker Punch, they can do whatever the crap they want with him regardless of what fans have to say.

Something tells me that Sony might have had a hand in this so-called redesign if it is actually going to be assets used in-game. Since they publish SP's games, they could easily have told them to redesign Cole because he wasn't appealing to the audience that they wanted/they didn't find him likable enough.

I agree though. IMO Cole could have used some tweaking in regards to his original outfit, but some of the redesigns really took away from his original character assuming that they're actually going to use the design on the GI cover.

I realize that too. XD It doesn't mean I can't complain about it though. I know he's not my character/what I say doesn't matter/etc/etc but I can still voice my opinion if I wanna. :U

I don't see why they'd suddenly want to change him if they already green lit his design for the first game though. I mean, I suppose its a possibility but if Sony didn't like it why didn't they say so for the first game? :O

IDK THOUGH, I've heard things about how Sony handles their 2nd party dev teams and they seem pretty lenient about it. I think the decision came from within SP, but rly I dunno for sure, and it doesn't matter cuz w/e happens, happens... and I know I will buy/play the game regardless. SO YEAH.

Personally, I have no problems with adding hair/changing his clothes, my *main* problem is how his facial structure seems different, but then again a large portion of SP's art had Cole not showing consistent facial features, so his in-game model might still look like original cole. :o
