all my tears for this series. also calzones

this entry is more video game ... stuff. a new game i got (and my thoughts on it atm) and those last two lbp keychains I needed for my collection. :x

killzones.

they're ridiculous and adorable. also they came in boxes! None of the other ones came in boxes! I don't want to take them out of their boxes now bcuz the boxes are cute. but now i have to figure out where i want to put them. I hung the other ones on my cork board... so i could either put them on top of the cork board like this

So they're near the other ones... but then I also have one of the killzone action figures...

they'd look neat sitting above him. I'd probs tape or otherwise secure them to the wall above his box btw. but something like this?

I'M NOT SURE. what do you think, flist?
also that entire wall is all video game stuff... 99% of it sony stuff loloskaldsajdfk

this game came out

This is the second Resistance game to be developed by someone that isn't Insomniac, but it's also the first to come out since Insomniac said they're done with the series.

Resistance: Retribution (the PSP game by Sony Bend) wasn't that bad. The characterization left me confused slightly but overall the controls and such were pretty good, and I liked the "twist" at the end of the story a lot in it. I mean, the PSP had only one analogue nub, so it makes shooters harder to make, but they did a good job. UNFORTUNATELY in this case, Sony Bend was busy working on the Uncharted Vita game (which I hear is quite good...I've still yet to play mine :'D)

so that leaves Resistance Vita to someone else.

good.

no really.
good.

let's see how these guys have done in the past let's take a look.

oh. mediocre crap across the board. well this spells out good things for Resistance's future, huh?

that was sarcasm btw. wikipedia hasn't been updated (and i don't count user scores as much) but just look at these fantasmal scores.

oh a good solid 60. well don't i feel good for resistance now. this is only the lowest scoring resistance game ever. i'm really glad sony keeps hiring these guys to make crappy games for them. i wonder which franchises they're going to lend out to them next.

why doesn't sony get decent studios developing for their hand held consoles? This is the reason no one buys them. You see their flagship franchise like OH YEAH I LOVED RESISTANCE ON PS3. well here have one made by not-Insomniac (and no where near their level of A++) and tell me if it's what you expected. No? lol. i wonder why.

I mean, Sony Bend is one of their better studios that develops their franchises for the hand helds. BUT THEY NEED MORE. rrrruhgghhhhhh.

though, correct me if i am wrong, but i think the killzone developers are (at least partly) working on a killzone game for vita. SO THERE'S THAT. it will probably be 900x better than this Resistance game.

SO YEAH I HAVEN'T PLAYED IT YET BUT I'M ALREADY BITTER. I hope it's just soured reviewers being jerks about it, but from what I've read the plot and the characters are pretty shit too, and that matters to me, so i'll likely be annoyed.

and i'll be weeping the entire time that sony thinks this is all the Resistance series is worth. :'c

I would probably take them out and put them on the cork board, but I am the person who has no respect for leaving things MIB.

I thought about doing this, but my only issue with this is that things tend to rust on that cork board because of their location to my window and my house's relative location to the ocean. :|

i used to have a big keychain collection on that board but it got all rusted and gross from being up there for like a year. the ones I have up there rn I wrapped their chains in plastic and tape to try to keep them "sealed" bcuz they didn't come in any packaging.

and the boxes are cute ;-;

Congrats on finishing your keychain collection!! I kind of like them on the Killzone action figure for some reason. Maybe, it is because the other spot seems so bare...XD

It sucks when someone else takes over on a series. That usually spells the end of a popular franchise...:\

Finishing for now......:D Unless more come out?? We'll see.

Yea it is kind of empty up there huh.. lol there isn't much room up there for much stuff. though i was thinking about securing my jak collection preview disc up there just because the slip case it comes in had some neat artwork on it. :b

I might put them by the killzone figurine... they kind of belong together and they're in boxes too *_*

Let's hope they release more...;)

Maybe if that spot had a couple more things hung up. Try it again after you hang-up your Jak preview disc. I moved my one bookcase into the bedroom and the wall where it was now looks very naked and so white...XD

I'm sure you'll figure it out and it will be awesome...:3

I know a design for Cole already exists in LittleBigPlanet (actually, all the keychains exist as designs in the game) So they should do one for him next. *__*

I need to get my hands on a few more pins before I can stick it on my wall, but I think I might keep the killzone keychains by the killzone dude. They're all in packages and from the same series... |D

If it ever got released, I am sure you would spam you journal with pics of the Cole keychain...XD

Actually, I have a ton of push pins here, for I switched over to the tacks with the flat ends. Would you like them?!
