Have you tried scaling it back for a few months? I used to get sick whenever I ate any dairy products other than a single slice of cheese. I quit eating the foods that made me sick for a few months, and it has gotten much better since then. I can now eat ice cream, yogurt, cheese sauce, milkshakes, etc in moderation. (For a while I could even eat mac & cheese, though I got too excited and went overboard and now I can't eat it anymore.)
